I tried to check and analyze this issue
If I go by the code for the program, SAP explicit's comments that it only supports 10,20, 30 currency types, (May be due to changes in data base structure / ACDOCA..not sure 
)
What would be available option / approach for you should be:-
1) Raise a message with SAP and discuss the best approach to handle this.
2) Evaluate the impact of changing the valuation profile / currency setting for impact.
When in the SFIN 2.0 system, you can check if this setting can be done.
